Heavenly Father, I come before You weary and in need of Your strength.
You see the burdens I carry and the weakness I feel in my body, mind, and spirit.
I ask for Your healing where there is pain, and for Your strength where I feel empty and worn down.
Lift me when I feel weak and steady me when I feel overwhelmed.
Give me courage to keep going and patience to rest when I need to rest.
Renew my heart and restore my strength day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.
